

About Myself
I am a CELTA qualified English Teacher with passion and enthusiasm for sharing my hands-on experience gained through governmental service, industrial practice, academic research, and personal endeavor. My experience spans over 25+ years of implementing and managing multiple high-level aerospace projects, education programs, and intellectual property at NASA. I accomplished publication and film production at start-up entrepreneurship and researched renewable energy at Zurich University of Applied Sciences. I am a practical thinker with an outside-of-box character and creativity and an efficient communicator with audience- oriented and pragmatic presentation styles. I am committed to improving instruction and provide learners with the necessary skills and tools to reach their professional goals.
Education and work experience
Chan Park is a dialogue facilitator of English Communication Meetups. He facilitated Diversity Dialogue sessions at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), where he worked as an engineer for about 20 years. He is a writer, documentary film director, engineer, and entrepreneur with expertise in many fields including university training in science and engineering, and patent law practice. In 2005 he published a book titled Tango Zen: Walking Dance Meditation, which has been published in four other languages. During his residency between 2008 and 2012 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he was able to immerse himself in the traditional Argentinean tango culture and is today recognized and appreciated as a dancer and teacher among avid tango dancers around the world. In Buenos Aires, he directed and produced his documentary film titled Tango Your Life. He is also an internationally renowned lecturer and walking meditation coach. He conducted numerous workshops on tango as walking meditation in more than 24 countries. At Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), where he researched the field of renewable energy sources between 2013 and 2017, he currently presents a lecture on the theme of tango in the context of intercultural communication and management.
